Terms of Service | Saintek

Services

Saintek provides website design, development, SEO, AEO, and GEO services on a fixed-price basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in writing for each project before work begins.

Payment

All packages require 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Authority builds can be split into 3 monthly payments by request. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (Starter: 1, Professional: 2, Authority: 3). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $95/hour.

Ownership

Upon final payment, you own all design, content, and code we produce for you. Open-source dependencies (Astro framework, npm packages) remain under their respective licenses.

Refunds

If we haven't started work on your project yet, the deposit is fully refundable. Once design or development begins, refunds are pro-rated based on completed work.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for third-party services (hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors).

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
